"My fiancé and I recently purchased a house from Cutting Edge Contracting and just wanted to share our experience. Just to give a little background, I am a realtor who is very familiar with the MD, DC, VA market and had been looking for a single family home for the past year. We were on the fence about whether or not we wanted a new home or something a slightly older. After seeing about 15 - 20 homes, we came across a home built by Cutting Edge and were blown away. It was a moment that we will never forget.

The home was about a month away from being finished when it was listed for sale. Both my fiancé and I knew right away it was the home for us so we put an offer in and thankfully, it was accepted. The home had everything that you would dream of - beautiful hardwood floors, amazing wainscoting, top of the line appliances, custom stonework, excellent layout, etc. My father, an inspector and builder, told me I had to buy the house. He said the quality was like nothing he had seen. They used all of the best materials and took the additional time to build our home the “right” way. Since the home was a month away from being finished, Steve from Cutting Edge allowed us to pick out paint colors, stone, wood-stain, and other custom features that made the home tailored to us. The experience was a blast.
